Volunteer Agreements
This Volunteer Agreement is between Vidash Impact Foundation and the registered volunteer. It becomes effective on the date of registration and remains valid for one (1) year unless terminated earlier. Vidash Impact Foundation works to improve the lives of underserved communities through education, outreach, and community development. By registering, you agree to voluntarily offer your time, skills, and support to the foundation’s programs and activities.
- Volunteer Services
Volunteers may assist in activities including educational outreach, community development projects, charity events, fundraising campaigns, awareness programs, and administrative or technical support.
- Voluntary Service
All services provided are voluntary. Volunteers will not receive wages, salary, or employment benefits.
- Code of Conduct
Volunteers are expected to act with integrity and professionalism, respect community members and fellow volunteers, follow project guidelines, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Non-Employment Relationship
This agreement does not create an employment relationship. Volunteers are not employees of Vidash Impact Foundation
- Termination
Either the volunteer or Vidash Impact Foundation may terminate this agreement at any time if participation is no longer suitable.
By registering as a volunteer, you confirm that you understand the nature of voluntary service and agree to follow the policies of Vidash Impact Foundation.
